JESSICA FORDHAM KIDD is a lifelong Alabamian. She is the associate director of first-year writing at the University of Alabama, and her work has appeared in The Paris Review, Phantom Drift, Drunken Boat, Storyscape, and Tinderbox, among others. Bad Jamie is her first book.
